非常感谢宁宾妈妈前面提供的这100本书书目和25本专家推荐书目。我这里做一个注释，把我知道已经翻译引进到国内(包括部分地)书的书名、出版社附注于上。所知有限，肯定有遗漏和错误。当个砖头扔出来：
